180 grams biscuits

Slowly pour the hot milk mixture into the egg mixture while whisking continuously.
Cook the Custard:
Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and creamy. This will take about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Assemble the Dessert:
Pour the custard cream over the biscuit base in the serving dish, spreading it evenly.
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the custard is set.
