๐ Ingredients:
For the panna cotta:
- 500 ml heavy cream ๐ถ
- 100 ml milk ๐ฅ
- 100 g sugar ๐ฌ
- 1 vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ๐ฟ
- 3 sheets gelatin ๐ฎ
For the red fruit compote:
- 300 g mixed red fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries) ๐
- 50 g sugar ๐ฏ
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice ๐
๐ด Preparation:
1๏ธโฃ Panna Cotta:
- Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5-10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla (pod or extract).
- When the mixture is hot, add the gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Pour into ramekins and refrigerate for 4 hours (preferably overnight).
2๏ธโฃ Fruit compote:
- Wash the fruit, chop (if necessary) and cook with the sugar and lemon juice for 10-15 minutes, until the fruit is soft.
- Allow the compote to cool.
3๏ธโฃ Serving:
- Pour the cooled fruit compote over the set panna cotta.
- Optionally, garnish with fresh mint or additional fruit. ๐ฟ๐
