One of the most delicious recipes for an original snack that you can make even for a holiday table: zucchini roll with processed cheese filling.
Ingredients:
zucchini, 550 g;
salt, 0.5 tsp;
flour, 3 tbsp;
sour cream, 1 tbsp;
eggs, 3 pcs.
For the filling:
processed cheese, 3 pcs.;
sour cream or mayonnaise;
garlic, 2 cloves;
tomatoes, 2 pcs.
Preparation:
Grate the zucchini on a medium grater and salt, mix and leave for 5 minutes. Squeeze the juice. Add eggs, flour and sour cream or mayonnaise, dill to the zucchini mass and mix. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and grease with oil. Spread the mass and bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove the parchment and cool the cake.
For the filling, grate the processed cheese on any grater and mix it with grated garlic, finely chopped dill, spices, sour cream or mayonnaise. Spread the filling in an even layer on the cake and roll it up tightly, wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for an hour.
Cut into portioned slices and arrange them beautifully on a platter covered with lettuce leaves. It is very tasty to make a sauce with mayonnaise, fresh grated cucumber, and dill for this appetizer.
