I make these pancakes almost every day according to my own recipe . Their taste is different from the classic ones, but they are no less appetizing: tender, soft and with a slight spicy note.
Ingredients:
- Water – 500 ml
- Wheat flour – 9 tbsp. l. (be sure to sift)
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Mayonnaise – 40 g
- Vegetable oil – 40 g
- Sugar – 40 g
- Salt – a pinch
- Baking powder – 0.5 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar – 0.5–1 tsp.
Preparation:
- Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, then add the sugar.
- Add mayonnaise, vegetable oil, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
- Gradually pour in the water and sifted flour, mixing well to avoid lumps.
- Grease the pan with oil only at the beginning, then fry the pancakes without additional fat.
- Fry for 1–2 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
Serve the finished pancakes with butter, sour cream, jam, or wrap them in your favorite filling.
