Ingredients:
For the dough:
- flour – 160 g
- baking powder – 10 g
- cocoa – 50 g
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- sugar – 160 g
- vanilla sugar – 10 g
- milk – 180 ml
- oil – 100 ml
For the glaze:
- cocoa – 2 tbsp.
- sugar – 5-6 tbsp.
- milk – 4 tbsp. l.
- butter – 25 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe:
Prepare the dough: Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa into a deep bowl. Mix with a whisk.

In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add milk and oil, mix again.

Combine dry and liquid ingredients, mix until smooth.

Pour the dough into a baking pan (22 cm) lined with parchment.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-35 minutes . Check for doneness with a toothpick.

Let the cake cool and remove from the mold.
Prepare the glaze:
In a saucepan, combine the cocoa, milk, and sugar. Place over low heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Remove from the stove, let cool slightly, and add the butter. Mix until smooth.

Pour the glaze over the brownie, smooth it out with a spatula, and leave to set.
