Create the top floor
- Make two holes in a cork and stick them to the bottom of a bottle.
- Cut the cap off another bottle

- Glue two dowels together and drill two holes in them.

- Get a 1.5 liter or 2 liter bottle;
- 1 rope or wire;
- Scissors ;
- 1 toothpick;
- 1 cup;

Our method for manufacturing the feeder:
- We begin by thoroughly cleaning and drying the plastic bottle. Draw a circle on one side of the container and make an opening with a chisel.
- Two holes are made on either side of the bottle and a stick is inserted to act as a hanger.
- Fill the feeder with seeds.
- A hole is made on each side of the bottle towards the top of the neck. A strong string is passed through and tied in a knot.
- Using this rope, the feeder is suspended from the branches of a tree. It hangs about 3 meters above the ground to protect the birds from predators… in case there are cats around, for example…
- We’re thinking of personalizing the feeder with straw, pieces of wood, pallets, etc., to make it cozy for the birds!
