Instructions:
Start by preparing the potatoes.
Wash and peel them, then cut them into cubes or slices, depending on your preference.
Peel the onions and slice them thinly.
Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season them with salt, pepper, and any other desired herbs or spices.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent and slightly golden.
Add the cubed/sliced potatoes to the pan with the onions. Cook them until they are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
