1 ยฝ cups passionfruit pulp juice (or passionfruit concentrate or cocktail) ๐Ÿน
3 egg yolks, whisked in a small bowl ๐Ÿณ
6 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces ๐Ÿงˆ
Instructions:

1๏ธโƒฃ In a medium saucepan set over medium heat, combine the granulated sugar and cornstarch. Gradually add in the passionfruit pulp juice, stirring continuously.


2๏ธโƒฃ Cook the mixture, stirring, until thickened and bubbly. Gradually whisk in half of the hot mixture into the egg yolks to temper them.
