This recipe is great for anyone looking for a quick and easy meal. Preparation does not take much time and does not require special culinary skills: just mix the ingredients, add the filling and fry in a frying pan!
The flatbreads turn out very soft and melt in your mouth, it’s impossible to tear yourself away. Those who love cabbage products will especially like this dish.


Cooking process:
Preparing the dough: In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, add salt, sugar, dry yeast, and a mixture of warm water and milk.

Kneading the dough: Gradually add flour, kneading the dough until it resembles pancake dough. Cover the bowl with film and place in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.

Preparing the filling: Shred the cabbage and pour boiling water over it for 10 minutes. After this, drain the water, add finely grated carrots, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.


Combining the dough and filling: I add cabbage, carrots and greens to the risen dough – I used frozen dill and green onions. I mix everything thoroughly.


Frying the flatbreads: In a well-heated frying pan with oil, place 1.5-2 ladles of dough, evenly distributing it over the bottom. I fry each side covered: the first for about 3-4 minutes, then turn over and fry the second side for another 2 minutes.

Serving: Place the finished flatbreads on a dish, cut into portions and serve.
