Synthetic leather glue
Varnish for fabrics in the same colour as the leather object
Brushes

Clear nail polish
An eyeliner pencil in the same color as the leather object (or very similar)
Procedure

If the synthetic leather material is worn but still intact, apply some synthetic leather glue under the worn parts and carefully glue them in place.

Then, cover the white areas with the eyeliner.
Apply an additional layer of synthetic leather glue using a paintbrush. Let dry for 20 minutes.
If there are any pieces of synthetic leather missing from the object, apply some eva foam and cover the surface with a clean brush.

Once the foam is dry, apply fabric varnish and let it dry again.
After a couple of hours, apply a coat of synthetic leather glue or, if you prefer, clear nail polish.
If the repaired parts of the leather object are a little shiny, apply some talcum powder.

Always test products on a small, inconspicuous area of the object before applying them completely.
Work in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling fumes from the products.
Make sure the object is completely dry before using it.
