
Ingredients:
330 g of ricotta
2 eggs
Salt
1 orange
60 g of sugar
180 g of butter
400 g of flour
8 g of
baking powder jam
Directions:
In a bowl mix the eggs with the softened butter.
Now gradually add the sugar, ricotta, grated orange peel and flour.
Finally add salt and yeast.
Knead until you obtain a soft and homogeneous dough.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into a rectangle.
Fill with jam and roll up from the larger side.
Seal the edges and cut to form curls.
Bake at 180° for about 25 minutes.
Decorate with icing sugar.
