This creamy ice cream recipe will pleasantly surprise you with its simplicity and results.

Cooking process
Spread an even layer of chocolate shortbread cookies into the bottom of the ice cream mold, although any other cookie you like will work.

Next we prepare the ice cream.
Pour 400 grams of cream with a fat content of 30-35% into a cool, dry bowl, which must be pre-cooled. Start beating at low speed with the mixer.
As soon as the cream begins to foam, gradually increase the speed to maximum, continuing to beat until soft peaks form.

Then add 200 grams of condensed milk and 10 grams of vanilla sugar to the cream, stirring at medium speed until a smooth mass is obtained.

Pour the mixture into the mold and level the surface. Place another row of cookies on top.

Then we put the ice cream pan in the freezer for 3-4 hours to completely harden. The time depends on the size of your pan and the power of your freezer.
After freezing, remove the ice cream from the mold and cut into portions.

For lovers of chocolate flavor, I suggest replacing vanilla sugar with cocoa, this will give the ice cream a rich chocolate aroma.

If you prefer creme brulee, use boiled condensed milk instead of regular milk.
