For this reason, it is important to make sure not to leave even the smallest crumb lying around, at least in the summer.
But let’s see a really cheap method to prevent their arrival.

Other natural remedies against ants
There are several natural remedies you can use to keep ants away from your home or garden.
Here are two of the most effective:
White Vinegar : Vinegar has a smell that ants find unpleasant and use as a repellent.
You can mix equal parts white vinegar and water in a spray bottle and spray the solution along ant paths, around doors, windows, or other entry points.
Baking soda and powdered sugar : Mix equal parts baking soda and powdered sugar and sprinkle the mixture in places where you see ants.
Ants are attracted to sugar, but baking soda is lethal to them, as it alters their internal acidity, causing their death.
These remedies are simple and non-toxic, so they are safe for children and pets too!
