Today I want to share with you a wonderful method that will help you keep greens in the refrigerator fresh for a long time, as if they were just picked from the garden.

When stored this way, the greens will remain fresh for about two months.
I usually store parsley and dill this way.
But I grow green onions on the windowsill, so they are always fresh.
So, first you need to wash the greens and lay them out on a towel.
Now you should wrap the dill and parsley loosely in this towel.
Be careful not to damage the sprigs.
Place the greens, wrapped in a towel, in a plastic bag and place in the refrigerator in the vegetable compartment.
There is no need to tie the bag, everything should lie loosely.
The moisture that remains on the greens and towel after washing is enough to keep the dill and parsley fresh for a long time. Nothing rots, there is no mold.
The parsley and dill are fresh and aromatic.
Also, there is no need to put glasses of water, which take up space and can be accidentally spilled.
