A neighbor asked me to give him empty plastic bottles. When I saw why, I started collecting them for myself.

This method will allow you to transform ordinary plastic bottles into an exquisite decoration for your garden or home! Follow these simple steps to create a unique hanging planter that will add a special touch to your space.

Transformation of plastic bottles

First, remove all the labels from the bottles and clean their surface thoroughly.

Then use a knife to cut off the top of each 1.5-liter bottle along with the neck. Carefully iron the edges of the cuts to remove the sharpness.

Creation of the design

Connect 13 bottle necks together, fastening them with a stapler, forming a circle. Form a ring from thick wire, securing its ends with thinner wire.

Attach this ring to the necks using cable ties.

Continue adding necks, forming a hemispherical structure and securing new layers with additional wire rings.

Make sure the entire structure is tightly filled and stable by securing the insides of the bottles with additional wire loops.

Decorating your hanging structure

Now comes the most creative part – decor.

Paint the entire structure using spray paint, and after the paint dries, varnish it for extra protection.

Secure three evenly spaced pieces of rope or cord to the top ring using cable ties.

Replace the bottle caps. Place half of a garbage bag with drainage holes cut with scissors inside the structure and fill it with fertile soil.

Hang your planter outdoors, plant flowers in it and water thoroughly. Your hanging planters, especially with petunias or other flowers that form lush balls, will look fantastic.

This creative bottle idea is sure to be a great addition to your garden, adding a unique charm and style to it.
