Ingredients:
Flour 240 gr
Egg 1
Oil 1 tablespoon
Dry yeast 1 tablespoon
Baking powder 2 gr
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Salt 1 pinch
Water or milk to taste
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the egg with sugar, salt, dry yeast and baking powder.
2. Add the flour, oil and water.
3. Mix until the mixture is uniform.
4. Let it rise until it doubles in volume.
5. Roll out the dough and divide it into 8 wedges.
6. Let them rest for 30 minutes.
7. Fry them in hot oil.
8. Coat them in sugar and serve.
