Ingredients:
1 medium carrot
2 small potatoes
2 eggs
2 tablespoons semolina
2 cloves garlic
10 g parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
For the sour cream sauce:
60 g sour cream
60 g mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
10 g dill
Instructions:
Grate the zucchini, carrot, and potatoes.
Place the grated vegetables in a bowl and add the eggs, semolina, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Form the vegetable mixture into patties and place them in the skillet.
Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Serve the patties with the sour cream sauce.
To make the sour cream sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, and dill. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Tips:
You can add other vegetables to the patties, such as onions, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
You can also use breadcrumbs instead of semolina.
Serve the patties with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, ranch dressing, or tzatziki.
