This recipe is simple and very tasty. Its preparation will take a minimum of time, and the oven will do the main work. When you don’t want to stand at the stove for a long time, this zucchini recipe will help out. Zucchini disappears from the table instantly! They are good both hot and cold. Children like them too. The dish is ideal for dinner or a snack.

STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE:
First, let’s prepare a “cap” for the zucchini, under which they will be baked. Grate raw carrots on a coarse grater.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Add a couple of sprigs of finely chopped dill.

Pass the garlic through a press.

Now add sour cream, mayonnaise and salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly – the zucchini “cap” is ready.

Cut the zucchini into slices 3-5 mm thick and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Lightly salt.

Place the filling on each circle; it is convenient to use teaspoons. The amount of filling is calculated for the entire baking sheet of zucchini.

Place everything in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Oven mode: top-bottom. After 20 minutes, turn on the convection mode for 5 minutes to form a uniform, appetizing crust.

Serve the finished dish either hot or cold.

When serving, you can decorate with herbs. These zucchini go well with poultry, fish and vegetable salads. As a stand-alone dish, they are great for a snack.
