Take a deep bowl and pour semolina into it, after sifting through a sieve. We do the same with flour. Then add salt and baking powder, mix everything thoroughly.
Pour boiling water over the mixture and stir again. Knead soft dough. We divide it into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball and grease with vegetable oil.
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes, then roll out each ball into a thin cake. Grease it with melted butter and sprinkle with starch.
If desired, add cottage cheese or cheese to the filling. Fold the flatbread in half and then roll it into a roll. We do this with each piece of dough. Then press down a little on top.
