📸 How Smart Driving Cameras Work
The system consists of two high-resolution cameras equipped with infrared flashes, which capture clear images of passing vehicles, both day and night. The images are then processed by artificial intelligence-based software, which automatically analyzes:

If the system detects a violation, it sends a real-time alert to the nearby municipal police. Officers can then stop the vehicle and verify the violation, deciding whether or not to issue a fine.

⚠️ Fines are not issued automatically: violations must always be verified by a human operator, in compliance with privacy and current legislation.

📍 Where They Were Installed
The first Italian municipality to install this type of camera was Agliana, in the province of Pistoia.
The first location is on Via Berlinguer, but since it is a mobile system, it can easily be moved to other areas of the municipality.
