I can’t help but share with you a recipe for a surprisingly light and flavorful frying pan pie. The cake is incredibly soft, airy, and rich in banana flavor. The simplicity of its preparation will pleasantly surprise you.

Let’s start by beating one egg in a bowl with a little salt.

Add 80 g of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla sugar, mix the mixture thoroughly with a whisk.

Then pour 150 ml of milk and 60 ml of vegetable oil into it, mix well again.

After this, add 150 g of flour and a teaspoon of baking powder into the mixture. Quickly knead the dough until smooth, trying to get rid of lumps, but without mixing it for too long.

Cut two bananas into small pieces.

Next, generously grease the pan with butter. Pour 3 tablespoons of sugar into the bottom to form a caramel crust on the pie.

Place a layer of bananas on the sugar, and then pour the dough evenly over everything. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the pie over low heat for about 30 minutes.

Once cooked, carefully turn the pie onto a plate. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

This pie is especially delicious warm, served with a scoop of creamy ice cream.

Banana cake is easy to prepare, but its taste will surely captivate you.
