I’ll show you how to bake a super creamy apple pie that uses more apples than dough! A recipe that only takes a few minutes, but the result will delight you!
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- vanilla sugar
- 50 g sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- a pinch of salt
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- 25 g melted butter
- 80 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4-5 apples + lemon juice
Additionally:
- nuts
- honey
- cinnamon
- melted butter
- powdered sugar for decoration (optional)
Preparation:
I mix the eggs with vanilla sugar and sugar with a mixer until light and fluffy. I pour in the milk, add salt, mix. I add the lemon zest, pour in the melted butter, mix. I sift the flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.
I peel the apples, cut them into slices, mix them with lemon juice and then with the whole dough. I divide them into 3 parts. I cover a 20 cm diameter baking dish with parchment, grease it with melted butter, and spread 1 part of the dough.

I sprinkle chopped nuts on top, drizzle with honey. And repeat the layers, dough, nuts, honey, dough.

Sprinkle with cinnamon, drizzle with melted butter, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 55-60 minutes.

I decorate with powdered sugar, delicious!
