Soft, fragrant, and bright pumpkin and apple pancakes are a true autumn treat. They come out tender on the inside and ruddy on the outside, and the vanilla aroma makes them especially homemade.
Ingredients:
- pumpkin – 1/2 pc.
- apple – 1 pc.
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- a pinch of salt
- kefir – 150 ml
- sugar – 60 g
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
- wheat flour – 150 g
- baking powder – 8 g
- oil – for frying
Preparation:
Grate the pumpkin and apple on a fine grater. Add eggs, kefir, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, mix.
Then add the flour and baking powder and mix well again until smooth.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, spread the dough with a spoon and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Serve warm – with honey, sour cream, or just like that. Fragrant, tender, and very tasty.
