Girls, I have a delicious and filling recipe for you that will drive everyone crazy! It’s so delicious, I make it almost every day! Anyone can handle this recipe!

Ingredients:

Cutlets:

  • 450 g minced meat
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, pepper, paprika, dried basil to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp. l. flour
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 carrot
  • oil and butter (for frying)
  • dill to taste
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic

Garnish:

  • 3 potatoes
  • salt, pepper, dried garlic to taste
  • green onion 1 bunch
  • oil for frying

Additionally:

  • 7-10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper (I have yellow)
  • 100 g of hard cheese

Preparation:

Cutlets:

Fried red onion with carrots in oil and butter. Put minced meat in a deep bowl. Break eggs, add salt, pepper, paprika, dried basil, mix. Pour sifted flour into minced meat, mix. Add onion with carrots. Pour chopped dill and grated garlic, mix with hands. Leave for 15 minutes. Then form cutlets with hands. Fry in oil until golden brown.

Garnish:

I peel the potatoes and cut them in half. I heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the potatoes until golden brown, add salt, pepper, dried garlic, add finely chopped green onions, fry for a few more minutes.

I take a baking dish, put the potatoes in the first layer. On top I put chopped cherry tomatoes, pepper strips. Then I put the fried cutlets, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

I send the dish to the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25 minutes. I decorate with herbs, delicious!
