A few years ago, my legs were twisting and turning at night – I didn’t know where and how to put them. As a result – sleepless nights, lack of sleep, fatigue and irritability. But our legs are our support for life. But I found a cure for my legs.
I poured 2-3 liters of warm water into a basin or bucket, diluted laundry soap (toilet soap is not suitable!) so that the water became white, like milk. I added a handful of baking soda and sea salt (any will do), stirred until dissolved, added as much hot water from the kettle as I could tolerate, stirred again, and added 10 drops of iodine.
I dipped my feet in this solution up to my ankles for 15 minutes – not a minute more, otherwise the reverse process will begin! During this time, the solution draws all the pain out of my feet. I wiped my feet with a towel, smeared them with cream or a healing ointment (you can use olive oil), massaged my feet, put on woolen socks and went to bed.
I used the solution 3 times, each time heating it to a tolerable temperature and adding 10 more drops of iodine, kept the same 15 minutes. After 3 times I prepared a fresh solution. Do 10-12 procedures (daily), then take a break, then as you feel.
For those who have problems with veins (varicose veins and thrombophlebitis), make the solution warm, not hot. After the first procedure, I slept peacefully, and after 10 procedures, I forgot how my legs twitched and twisted. My legs said thank you for such care!
I now use the treatment occasionally, when needed. My neighbors who live in the summer cottage also use this recipe, and they are all satisfied!
