Baking Soda + Lemon + Honey Natural Trio for Spots, Wrinkles and Brighter Skin Baking soda, combined with honey and lemon juice, can become a simple but effective mask for cleansing and revitalizing the skin. This recipe is used to reduce pigment spots, fade fine wrinkles and provide a cleaner and more even appearance to the skin. How each ingredient works: Baking soda – gently exfoliates, removes dead cells, cleans pores and reduces excess sebum. Lemon – has an astringent effect, brightens spots and evens out skin tone (not to be used on sensitive or irritated skin). Honey – soothes, moisturizes and regenerates the skin, being ideal for maintaining elasticity. Aloe vera or coconut oil (optional) – reduce inflammation, support regeneration and keep the skin supple. Full recipe: Ingredients:

2 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon lemon juice (only for oily or combination skin)
½ teaspoon honey (for hydration)
a few drops of still/mineral water (for consistency)
optional: aloe vera gel or 2 drops of coconut/olive oil

How to use:
Mix all ingredients until you obtain a soft paste.
Apply to clean skin, avoiding the eye area.
Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
Rinse with lukewarm water, massaging gently.
Apply a soothing or moisturizing cream.

Caution:

Do not use if you have sensitive, irritated skin or active acne.

Avoid sun exposure immediately after application – lemon can sensitize the skin.

Apply the mask only once a week.

Test on a small area before first use.

This is not a miracle solution, but applied correctly and consistently, it can bring visible results in the short term.
