Refreshing dessert with yogurt and fruit  Ingredients   Dessert base:  300 g shortbread cookies (tender)  100 g melted butter  50–100 ml milk (depending on the type of cookies – use as much as necessary to obtain a moist but moldable composition)  Yogurt composition:  20 g gelatin  120 ml boiled and cooled water (to hydrate the gelatin)  400 g natural yogurt 3.5% (room temperature)  400 ml milk (room temperature)  180 g sweetened condensed milk (room temperature) Fruits for the filling:  4 tangerines  2 pears  2 kiwis  150 g seedless grapes  400 g strawberries Preparation:

🍧

Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and milk, then transfer to a tray (29*11*6 cm) and form a uniform top.

Mix the gelatin with water and leave to swell.

In the meantime, clean and prepare the fruit: cut them into pieces and place them in the tray, on the top.

Mix the yogurt with the milk and condensed milk. Heat the gelatin for approx. 30 seconds in the microwave, then add it to the yogurt mixture.

Mix very well and pour over the fruit in the tray, enough to cover them almost completely. Add a few more fruits, pour the remaining mixture and finish with a few slices / rounds of fruit.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight, until completely set. Afterwards, run a knife along the edges and remove the edges of the tray.

Enjoy! Enjoy!
