Green onion, cheese and greens pancakes
Ingredients for pancakes Ingredients needed: 300 g kefir (warm) 150 g grated cheese or cottage cheese 1 large egg β
teaspoon salt Β½ teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon sugar 150 g flour 15 g chopped green dill 40 g chopped green onions Preparation:

Put the lukewarm kefir in a bowl, add the egg, salt and sugar, then mix well.
Gradually incorporate the sifted flour mixed with the bicarbonate, mixing with a whisk until we obtain a consistent dough.
Add the green onion, grated cheese and chopped dill, then mix.
Heat a little oil in a 22 cm frying pan and pour a third of the dough. Spread evenly, cover with a lid and cook for 2β3 minutes over medium heat.
Turn the cake over and cook for a few more minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and brush with a little butter.
Repeat with the remaining dough, overlapping the cakes and brushing each one with butter.
