
Quick donuts with orange and yogurt

No yeast, ready in 15 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 egg 8 g vanilla sugar A pinch of salt 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons sunflower seed oil Grated orange peel 60 ml fresh orange juice 125 g natural yogurt 300 g flour 7 g baking powder Oil for frying Sugar for decoration Preparation:

In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Add the yogurt, juice and orange zest, then the seeds.
Incorporate the flour mixed with baking powder.
Knead lightly until you get a soft, non-sticky dough.
Roll out a sheet about 1 cm thick, cut the donuts with a glass.
Fry them in hot oil, over medium heat, until golden.
Remove them on a paper towel and roll them in sugar while they are warm.

Serve them with a smile on your lips and a cup of tea!
