π§ Ingredients
200 g fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1 head of garlic, thinly sliced
Juice of 2 lemons
250 g of farmer’s honey (preferably acacia or linden honey)
π― Preparation
Place the ginger and garlic in a clean jar.
Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Pour the honey over it and mix thoroughly.
Close the jar and let it sit at room temperature for at least 2-3 days to allow the flavors to meld.
Then store it in the refrigerator, it will last for up to 1-2 months.
β How to consume
1 teaspoon daily in the morning, on an empty stomach.
It can be consumed up to 2β3 times a day for colds or sore throats.
You can also mix it into warm (not hot!) tea.
