Ingredients:
Potatoes 800 g
Chicken breast 2
Onion 1
Garlic 3
Rosemary
Butter 100 g
Flour 2 tablespoons
Milk 500 ml
Salt pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
Boil and chop the potatoes.
Chop the chicken breast, onion, and garlic.
Mix everything together in a bowl and add the rosemary.
In a pan, brown the butter and mix it with the flour, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Pour over the potatoes and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour.
