How to store applesauce

Apple Brûlée is best enjoyed fresh, but you can store leftovers in  an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days  . Reheat gently on the stovetop over low heat to preserve the flavor and prevent the spices from burning.

How to Freeze Applesauce

Freezing Apple Brûlée is not recommended  , as the delicate spices and citrus notes lose their intensity after thawing. For best flavor, prepare fresh portions as needed.

Ingredients

500 ml of apple juice

Juice of 1/2 orange

1 teaspoon of honey

1 cinnamon stick

1 star anise

2 cloves

Phase 1
