
Ingredients:
800 g beef stew
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
300 g of whole mushrooms
1 handful of peas
Bay leaves
150 ml of wine
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Waterfall
Preparation:
1. First, brown the stew in a pan with oil.
2. Salt it and set it aside.
3. In the same pan, brown the garlic, onion, bay leaf and add the meat.
4. Then add the wine, mushrooms and water.
5. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes.
6. Almost at the end of cooking, add the peas and mix everything together.
