
Ingredients:
200 grams mushrooms, sliced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 green onions, chopped
8 eggs
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
150 grams shredded cheese
4 slices ham, chopped
Instructions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until softened and golden brown, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the mushrooms.
Let the omelette cook for a minute or two, then sprinkle the cheese and ham over one half of the omelette.
Fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese and ham. Cook for another minute or two, or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
Serve immediately.
