
Ingredients:
Potatoes 950 gr

Onion or shallot
Olive oil

Tomato pulp 400 g
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Dried oregano
Parmesan cheese 50 g
Bread crumbs
Preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes into quarters and leave them in boiling salted water for 30 minutes.
2. Season the potatoes with oil, salt and pepper.
3. Prepare the breading with the grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
4. Puree the potatoes inside and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 180° for 30-40 minutes.
