Cabbage fritters: the delicious recipe ready in 10 minutes

Ingredients:
400 g cabbage
salt
Dill, parsley
2 eggs
50 g sour cream or Greek
yoghurt 50 g
flour Oil for frying
Guidelines:
1. Finely chop the cabbage and mix it in a bowl with the salt.
2. Then add the dill (or parsley), eggs, cream and flour.
3. Form a homogeneous mixture then sauté the pancakes in the hot oil.
NOTICE: Serve hot with a salad. You can use white cabbage, cabbage, bok choy, cabbage.
