This natural remedy is very effective!
No cooking, it’s prepared very quickly!
This will stop the cough, relieving it in about 30 minutes.
(obviously, this needs to be repeated). Anyway, it works in my family. As soon as the cough starts, we take it, and after half an hour it gets better. This remedy is not for babies.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. raw, unpasteurized honey
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of cloves
- 150 ml of hot water
Preparation:
I take 1 tablespoon of raw, unpasteurized honey. It is not only sweet, but also a powerful natural antidepressant. It has so many antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that the body thanks it. And honey fights bacteria and viruses like a real warrior.
I add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the honey. Apple cider vinegar helps you breathe easier, relieves congestion, and kills germs before they can spread.
Next, I squeeze the juice from half a lemon — this is my dose of vitamin C. Lemon not only refreshes the taste, but also soothes the throat.
Now it’s time for spices, I add ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon – it has antiviral, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory properties and even a little painkiller. To it – a pinch of ground cloves. They work in tandem with cinnamon, reinforcing each other.

I add 150 ml of hot (not boiling) water, stir everything well – and the drink is ready. You can let it brew for a few minutes until it becomes pleasantly warm. I drink a glass of this drink a day – sometimes half in the morning and the rest in the evening. I do this for three days in a row, and from the first day – I feel my body thanking me. It’s easier to breathe, my throat doesn’t hurt, my energy is returning!
