Ingredients:
- Flour – 500 g
- Water – 300 ml
- Dry yeast – 7 g
- Salt – 1 tsp.
- Sugar – 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp.
Preparation:
Add sugar, salt, yeast to warm water and stir until dissolved.
Sift flour into a bowl with liquid and knead into a soft, non-sticky dough.


Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise.
Punch down the dough, form it into a rectangle and roll it into a roll.

Make cuts on top with a knife, sprinkle with flour.

Place the loaf in a baking bag, tie the edges, and leave for another 20 minutes.

Place in a cold oven, set the temperature to 180°C and bake for 50–60 minutes.
