Mug cake with cottage cheese and tangerines – delicate taste

A cast cake with cottage cheese is one of those desserts that you will love after the first taste. It is simple, quick and does not require any complicated weighing, and thanks to the cup measuring, it is an ideal choice for beginners. You only need a few basic ingredients that you already have at home and the result is always a certainty. The great advantage of the recipe is its variability. Tangerines can be replaced with other fruits.

The combination of soft and supple dough with creamy cottage cheese and tangerines creates a perfect harmony of flavors. The bun is not overly sweet, feels light and is suitable as a dessert with an afternoon cup of coffee, or as a sweet spot after Sunday lunch.
