The man from Iași recounted the entire ordeal on social media, and it seems that other internet users have had similar experiences.

A young man from Iași got a big surprise after shopping at a well-known hypermarket in the city. He bought no less than 12 cans of beans.

Upon arriving home, the man from Iași went straight to the kitchen with the intention of cooking everything he bought.

He got his first surprise when he opened the first can and couldn’t believe what he saw.

The same thing happened with the rest of the cans, so he decided to continue telling his story.

He bought 12 cans of beans and got something completely different. What did he actually find?
The man from Iași couldn’t believe it when he opened the first can of beans, and in total, he got 12 such surprises, exactly as many cans as he had bought. It turns out that instead of beans, the cans were filled with water! Angry and amazed at the same time, the young man decided to tell the Internet users about his ordeal, because he didn’t want any other Iași resident to go through the same unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, he threw away both the cans and the receipt, so he couldn’t recover his loss.

“Here’s what I bought from a well-known hypermarket. Boxes of beans with just water. I didn’t manage to film it, but someone who had the same experience did and this is the proof. I didn’t file a complaint with the OPC and I didn’t go to ask for the money. After taking pictures and posting, I threw away all the boxes and, unfortunately, the receipt. The idea was to show what happened to me. It cost 2.30 RON per box, or 12 pieces. As a precaution, I wanted to make sure that others wouldn’t suffer the same,” wrote Ionuț Negru, on the Facebook group “You’re from Iași If”.

After his post went viral, he learned that he wasn’t the only one in this situation. Another man from Iași said that he bought canned goods from the same hypermarket and instead of canned goods, he only received water!
