Potato schnitzels – they’re so good you’ll hardly be able to stop eating them!

A tasty and economical dish, made from ingredients you always have on hand.

They are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside!

Ingredients:

  • 600 g boiled potatoes (about 5 potatoes)
  • 150g salami
  • 100 g cheese

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Chopped greens, as desired
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Grate the potatoes, salami and cheese using a large grater.
  2. Place them in a bowl and add the eggs, flour, salt, pepper and chopped herbs, mixing well until you obtain a homogeneous composition.
  3. Form the schnitzels from this mixture, wetting your hands to make them easier to shape. Roll each schnitzel in flour or breadcrumbs, as desired.
  4. Heat a pan with oil and fry the schnitzels over medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

These schnitzels are hearty and delicious! You can enjoy them as is for breakfast or as a snack, or as a side dish for lunch or dinner.
