1 kg potatoes

6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
1/3 teaspoon turmeric
250 grams of ham
250 grams of mushrooms preserved in vinegar
150 grams of hard cheese 150 grams of canned corn
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
100 grams of cheese
Green onions and dill for decoration
Instructions
1. Start by peeling and cutting the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes until they are slightly soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the 6 eggs. Add the dried garlic, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add the semi-cooked potatoes to the bowl with the eggs and mix well. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
5. In an oven-safe dish, pour the potato and egg mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.
6. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
7. In the meantime, prepare a salad with ham, mushrooms, hard cheese, corn and mayonnaise.
8. Once the omelet is ready, remove it from the oven, sprinkle the 100 grams of cheese on top and put it back in the oven until the cheese melts.
9. Serve hot and garnish with chopped green onions and dill.
