An excellent recipe for Turkish meatballs, they are fantastic in one word. The kids said they were their favorite.
We need the following ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper
1 garlic
Curry spice
Parsley
Grated cheese
In addition:
1 egg
A tablespoon of plain flour
1 yogurt
Preparation:
Boil the potatoes, drain and mash them. Add all the other ingredients and obtain a uniform mass (dough). Form meatballs with your hands.
Mix the egg, flour and yogurt. Before frying the meatballs, heat the oil and dip them in the yogurt and egg mixture. Fry them immediately in oil on both sides until golden.
