With cabbage like this, you don’t even need meat. I took it with me to work – the whole team was begging for the recipe!

 Ingredients:


onion – 1 pc.;


carrot – 1 pc.;


cabbage – 500 g;


salt – 1.5 tsp;
kefir – 400 ml;
egg – 1 pc.;
soda – 1 tsp;
flour – 300 g.

 Preparation:
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a large grater, finely shred the cabbage. Fry the onion in a frying pan, add the carrots and simmer until soft.


Then add the cabbage, cover and cook over medium heat until soft. Add ½ tsp salt, mix.

Beat the egg into the kefir, add salt and soda, mix well. Gradually add the flour and knead a thick dough. Add the cabbage to the dough and mix again.

In a frying pan with a small amount of oil, fry the small tortillas on both sides until golden brown, under the lid.
Cook all the tortillas in this way.
