Ingredients:

200 g of soft butter
1 egg
50 ml of oil
100 g of caster sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
50 g of corn starch
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (2 g)
1 pinch of salt
350 g of flour
Directions:
Mix the butter and egg in a bowl.
Add the oil, icing sugar and vanilla sugar.
Then add the corn starch, yeast, salt and flour.
Form a smooth and homogeneous dough, then cut it into portions of 18 to 20 g each.
Form the biscuits and bake them at 180° for 12 minutes.
Fill and decorate as desired.
