One of the simplest pies can be considered apple pie.

First, add salt, regular and vanilla sugar to a bowl with eggs. Beat with a mixer until a white fluffy mass appears.
Mix flour with baking powder, sift half into the egg mixture. Gently knead the dough with a spatula.
In a saucepan, melt the butter with milk over moderate heat, then pour into the dough.
Sift the remaining flour with baking powder into the dough and continue kneading until thick. Line the baking pan with parchment.
Spread the first part of the dough in an even layer. Cut the apples into thin slices and place them on the dough, overlapping.

Cover the apple layer with the second part of the dough and level the surface.

Bake the cake for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

If desired, you can sprinkle the pie with almond crumbs before baking and decorate it with vanilla sugar after baking.
