Mini doughnuts: the recipe for a soft and delicious dessert
Ingredients:
1 egg
5 tablespoons of milk
5 tablespoons of sugar
250 g of flour
5 tablespoons of sunflower seed oil
2 tablespoons of anise
10 g of baking powder
Grated lemon zest
Oil for frying
Cinnamon and sugar to taste
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine the egg, milk, sugar, lemon zest, oil, and anise; mix well.
2. Combine the flour and baking powder and form a smooth dough.
3. Grease your hands and shape the mini donuts.
4. Fry the donuts in hot oil.
