Shrimp cocktail

Ingredients for 1 kilo:

1kg of peeled and cooked prawns
1 large onion
1 bunch of coriander
2 or 3 avocados
English sauce
Sauce in 680 g capsules
500 ml of fanta or mirinda (non-alcoholic orange-flavoured drink)
50 ml of olive oil
2 lemons
sauce Tabasco

Preparation:
In a container add the capsut sauce, the fanta, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, the juice of one or two lemons depending on how much juice the lemons have and a few drops of Tabasco sauce, mix until all the liquids have been perfectly incorporated and add our brunoise onion, add the “EYE” prawns (it is very important that the broth released by the prawns is added). Previously add the finely chopped coriander, add the diced avocados and mix. Accompany it with crackers or toasted bread.
