INGREDIENTS:
170g of Greek yogurt (if it is firm you can use your favorite flavour)
20 g of grated coconut
120 g of melted chocolate
PROCEDURE:

1. Cook the melted chocolate in the microwave.
2. Pour the chocolate into the silicone mold and distribute it evenly, then place it in the fridge and let it harden.
3. In a container of yogurt and grated coconut, it will be ripe.
4. Pour the filling into the chocolate molds and cover the surface with more melted coccolato.
5. Place in the freezer for about a day.
6. Remove from the molds and enjoy the fresh coconut coconut for a snack!
ADVICE:
1. To make the chocolate more fluid you can add a coconut oil cream.
2. When you see the sweetness of the cheese, you can add honey to the cream using coconut or vanilla Greek yogurt.
