Ingredients :

220 g of butter
½ cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 cups of oat flour
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of salt
1 bar of dark chocolate, cut into pieces
170 g of peanut butter
Preparation :
We line a baking tray measuring approximately 20 x 20 cm with baking paper and place it on one side.
In a medium saucepan, mix together butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Over low heat, stir continuously until all the ingredients have melted.
Now add the oat flakes, cinnamon and salt and let everything cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
